Clean install of Win2K on a software raid array?

I want to be able to do the ol' dynamic Win2K stripe of 2 X-15's on a clean install. What would be the easiest way to do this AND maximize my 36gb volume.
 
I may be wrong but using Win NT/2K software based RAID can only be used on partitions beyond the OS partition, hence you can only use it when you have a system up and running.

So in that case , nope can't do it the way you want to.
