I got the email about this the other day. It looks interesting. Especially since fuel is a major issue in the world right now. I think I'll check it out but it depends on if it can run on my PCs at work or not. :)

Hmm, setup one machine and got 2 24 hour WUs for the clean energy one. Setup a second PC and it says there's no work left. hmm. That sucks. Anyone else having problems?

WCG will be moving to new & larger servers in Canada, and expects to shut-down at 03:00 GMT Thursday (in 4 hours). To make the transfer easier, it's possible some projects runs-out of work. They plans to be down upto 48 hours, but as always, outages can take longer than expected...

In theory the move should go without any problems for users, but, they're getting new ip-addresses, and atleast some BOINC-clients doesn't like to update the ip... If this is a problem, a re-boot should normally fix it.

Anyway, as far as Clean Energy goes, various bugs has popped-up, so while chasing-down the various bugs they're limiting how much work is sent-out.

as long as you set it to send you work from other applications when no work is available. We don't want your CPU to get lazy, because at this time this cleanenergy project doesn't have a lot of work yet!

I'm in, leaving GPU on F@H and will see what BOINC picks up. I have it on Human Proteome and Clean Energy Project, so far it has just picked up a 15 hour Human Proteome Project.
