Clawhammer limited

Well i've been running my 4000+ clawhammer on stock for quite a while(5-6 months), usnig a Zalman 7000. Past few days I gave it a try and tried to OC it. I can't seem to get pass 2660, i'm running 266x10 @ 1.55 vcore and with the RAM dropped to 200mhz. I tried to drop the multiplier to 9 as well (295x9) still can't quite get it up there. I think i've hit the limit for it, nevertheless is still a 10% boost. So what do you guys think?

hows your PSU? maybe you did hit your limit cause of your mobo. who knows...? and what kind of ram are you using? do they have enough voltage?
