Uhm letting someone copy your C++ is the dumbest thing to do ever!

Especially since 95% of your code should be unique. Like letting someone copy your art project.
 
the teacher gave us a diagram to go by for this last assignment.

Also this is entry level C++ so there isnt much variation on the assignment and also to go by how the chapter does it...


just differnet names for the integers

My comp arch professor caught four people cheating in an intro course Monday. They all get zeroes.

More info. I've never heard of that. I thought they just went by eye if it looked suspicious.

a lot of professors at my school saw cheating as some sort of personal affront and were often encouraged by peers.

More info. I've never heard of that. I thought they just went by eye if it looked suspicious.

More of a database system for tracking who and when the activity occured, so the professors can look up that information quickly if they want to see if a student has a previous record. Not the automated checking, I think he leaves that to the grader. Apparently he caught someone in this class (XML Architecture) cheating this quarter, too.

I seem to be hearing about it happening lately. Either people are cheating more, or they're just starting to get better at catching them.
