What are the capacitors on the back side of the processor circuit board for ? I knocked eight of them off while attempting to remove the heat plate clips to find the core speed on my 850. Without those eight capacitors, it runs just fine.

i heard this before....did you post this a couple of weeks ago??? if not the person that did said his processer still worked....and dont remember if anyone knew exactly what the caps. do seems like a common thing to do when removing the plate.....sorry

First time I posted it. I just got the processor yesterday(Friday 20th). As long as it works, I guess I have no worries.
