Classic Game Trivial Quiz - Javascript Help!

Right now I already have some of the preliminary game questions setup, but my question is, where would I go to find a place where I could get some javascript code to tell the user their score after they've completed the quiz?

My idea is to have different classes like Beta A gamer Beta B gamer (depending on your score) and then tell the user their score after they complete the quiz.
Could anybody help me with this?.......or maybe some nice javascript programmer could set something up for me?

But alas. No luck.

WEll, uh........my basic problem is: I don't really know any javascript

I figured I could find a pre-arranged coding from someplace like javascript.internet, but so far I can't find any. :-(
Could somebody maybe....*help* me write up this code? Or point me out to a place that already has something that could suit my needs?
