Good movie, but in my opinion, that is one of the worst quotes of the movie. Nothing funny at all with that line.

If a Ph D says so, it must be true?

It makes me chuckle.

Yes it is probably time I remove that signature. I think yesterday was 6 months since I got it. So yep, time to remove the signature. My favorite movie line is probably the one about being mostly dead.

"It just so happens that your friend here is only MOSTLY dead. There's a big difference between mostly dead and all dead. Mostly dead is slightly alive. With all dead, well, with all dead there's usually only one thing you can do.

What's that?

Go through his clothes and look for loose change."

Ok on second thought that line isn't that great either. There just aren't many great lines in the movie, but the whole thing together is a nice package.

I never saw that movie, but the joke is a classic. I originally heard it in the form of a catway on a rerun of that 60's TV show, Laugh-In. It went something like this. "Hey that looks like a catway. Whats a catway? Oh about 10 pounds." I'm sure the Laugh-In joke probably wasn't original either. But it is always a good pun that few people have heard of.
