I just got a thermal probe put in on my CPU and its ready 55C ATM. I checked it right when I got into Windows and it was already 50C! I'm using 1.65v @ 650MHz (600MHz core). I have the probe right next to the core on the core, kinda in between the heat plate and the lowered part of the core. Is this to hot!? I'm getting an Orb soon, just hope I didn't screw up the cooling in the mean time...

BTW, this is at full load w/ RC5 running. Its leveling off at 56C it looks like.

Rotax these processors run really hot at stock speed and voltage. I have a 550@750 and it will heat my house:) Your temp is about 125 deg f and I think that the athlon is alright up to 140 deg f if I am not mistaken so as they say clock on:)

:D Ok, my temp hasn't went over 55C for most the day while at 100% usage. When I get my better cooling I'll "clock on". ;)

I got my orb installed now and my temps are much lower! I'm currently running at 51C. 1.75v 750MHz (107x7). Been 100% stable for the last couple hours at full load. So that makes me pretty happy! :D
