classic ASP and directory creation

Can classic ASP create directories? I've googled for this, but dont see anything that is free or intrinsic to vbscript.

i need to be able to upload files and place it into a created directory. i have the upload part, but not the directory creation.

Are you talking about creating directories on the server or on client machines?

Can't be done on a client.
