I think I'd classify Freeze Frame more as pop than rock.

I'm not going to classify any of these as having a "top 10" album, but perhaps something by:

Motley Crue
Skid Row
Def Leppard
Poison
Bon Jovi
Warrant
Whitesnake
Twisted Sister
Guns N Roses

I'm not really fond of any of those bands, but they seem to be about the right era you're looking at.

edit: Aerosmith had a pretty good album in the late 80's,
Somehow I forgot about Van Halen, Metallica, and maybe U2.

Yeah, the above list, plus anything from the J Giles Band. Maybe Def Leppard as well.

Back then i was listening mostly to stuff like Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Motorhead & the like. If you're not into that type of music maybe try:
Rush - Moving Pictures
The Cars - Candy-O
Triumph
REM
The Cure
Concrete Blonde
Talking Heads

KISS - Alive

That is 1975, he said 80s.

Don't care...he should still own it.

On just about every "Top 50 Rock Albums" list you see.

HAHAHA...I was just messing with you. I actually have that album too, but I am old.

'80's, '90's, i don't care. just good party music, like
the Stones' Start Me Up.
