There has been a class action lawsuit and anyone who has purchased disposable contact lenses since 1988 from Ciba, Bausch and Lomb, or Vistakon can request their benefit package from the settlement.

The benfit package consists of a coupon for $50 off 4 multipack purchase, $25 off Eye Exam, and $25 off additional purchase of contacts.

i wonder how long this will take to fulfill! sounds good, i had contacts a few years ago, but too much of a hassle, looks like i might go back! (i lost my glasses a few months ago!)

I've been out of contacts and in glasses for a few years now, not sure I can re-train my eyes.

I know what you mean... i had a HARD time learning how to put in contacts (taking them out was easy), and eventually i could do it without even a mirror. But it's been YEARS since i've used them, and don't think i want to go through all that trouble again.

Phew. I wore Acuvue's a few years back, and have a pair of CibaSofts. I thought it was a health-related issue.
