Personally, I'm going to sue HTC/Verizon because I can't get the Incredible on AT&T.

After that I might consider suing Burger King because they said I couldn't get a Big Mac there.

The first one isn't a joke. I'm suing as soon as i can find enough people who want an Incredible on AT&T .... OK you're right, there is no way that will happen so I'll be SOL
 
Is the iPhone usable if you don't have an active cell phone plan, specifically from AT&T since its "locked" to them?
