Haha this guy is hilarious. The funny thing is, he keeps argueing even after people have pointed out over and over again how much of a moron he is.

This message is intended for blizzard and for any warrior class player choosing to play dual wield.
The most valuable resource in the universe from a game development perspective is the personal waking time of the end-user. From the players perspective, any game is technically something that consumes our waking play time.
By now it is certainly no secret that blizzard willfully and intentionally chose to cause all dual wield warriors to miss at least 25% of combat attacks. Many of you still play this way because to blizzards credit the game is still fun enough to keep you paying your monthly subscription.
Now please consider this:
If you have played your dual wield (DW) warrior long enough to have spent at least 4 days (96 hours) in combat (btw you can review your waking keyboard time with /played at the chat prompt)
then...
for an entire day (24 hours) your game subscription effectively did not exist. Ask yourself if you would still play a dual wield warrior if blizzard forced you to run out and miss mobs and die for 1 hour followed by 3 hours of normal hitting. Maybe some of you love this game so much that you'd suffer through that. What if you had to sit and twitch and swing and miss and die for an entire day (24 hours) after which you get rewarded with 3 days (72 hours) or normal combat DW swings, would you still play this game?
There are many DW warriors out there with 20 combat days or more. This means that for 5 days (120 hours) their life consisted of twitching missing (with or without the whiff sound)
Blizzard has openly admitted that this is intentional on their part and that there is no counter for it (meaning you cannot do a quest to get the 'hit-like-a-man' ring allowing you to hit normally).
So, I assert that blizzards assinine decision to stunt the DW warriors combat effectiveness translates into conspiracy to defraud paying players, and that my game subscription is 100% null and void 1 day out of 4.
Furthermore, blizzard never warned us about our subscriptions being useless 1 day in 4. We never got a dialog box warning us about this and declining to wasted our time on DW mode. When equipping DW we never get a dialog saying that our subscription will be null and void 1 hour out of 4 combat hours.
Does blizzard have the right to design games how they please? Yes they do.
Do they have the right to mislead me and consume 1/4 of my play days without informing me up front about it? No they do not.
Can they be sued for negligence and or breach of contract? yes they can.
Can a class action lawsuit recover all subscription fees paid by wronged players? Yes it can.
Can a class action lawsuit recover punitive damages for pain and suffering? Yes it can.
Can a class action lawsuit hurt a business?
Yes it can.
The monthly subscription rate is inconsequential compared to the several combat days ive spent hitting air. Blizzard has stolen/killed/consumed about 5 /played days of combat time.
I'll close with a memorable scene from The Princess Bride
------------------------------------------------
Inigo Montoya: Hello, my name is Inigo Montoya. You killed my father: prepare to die. Now, offer me money.
[slices Count Rugen's cheek]
Count Rugen: Yes.
Inigo Montoya: Power too. Promise me that.
[slices Count Rugen's other cheek]
Count Rugen: All that I have and more. Please...
Inigo Montoya: Offer me everything I ask for.
Count Rugen: Any thing you want.
Inigo Montoya: I want my father back, you son of #@%$!.
[stabs and kills Count Rugan]
------------------------------------------------
I WANT MY 5 DAYS OF MISSES BACK YOU BASTARDS!!!
How do I get my subscription rate reduced by 25% for being a dual wield warrior?
How do I pay 25% more subscription rate to have a normal hit rate?
How do I get a public apology from blizzard for voiding 120 hours of my life without telling me they were doing so?
How can I get revenge?
