pretty much what they said. Clarkdale will be s1156 and have TDPs of 45-65W. Arrandale is for laptops (s989), with power usage of 10-35W. Some speedstep differences in the micro-code, probably different clocks in the GPUs, but thats about it.

Yeah as far as I know the difference is just basically binning for power-consumption profile and verification of a few extra power-saving features and modes, otherwise they are the same MCM package.
