I've been using it for a while. I haven't noticed anything, but I don't get viruses either.

I use it on my Windows 2003 server at home because other free software such as AVG won't run on servers. It works very well for me, updates are released at LEAST once a day (which whoops Symantec) and I haven't gotten a single virus that wasn't caught.
