CL2 vs. CL2.5 at 200fsb

I plan on overclocking my XP2500+ to 3200+ by going to 200fsb. My current DDR2700 will overclock to DDR3200 at CL2.5 3-3-7. What kind of diffrence should I expect from a memory capable of 2.0 2-2-2-6 at 200fsb?

what they said try tras at 11 if using an nforce2 seems to be faster than any other setting

Agreed. I get a performance increase of 2% or less by completely lowering my RAM timings (plus lots of great crashing).

yeah i would just not do it unless you are in desperate need of a performance boost. but even doing that wont do much.
