How exactly should this be used? I read the manual but it's still somewhat fuzzy. It apparently changes the voltage fed to the CPU. Is this correct? More to it?
Also, I have another switch which is used to alter the FSB speed. The default is 100 and it can be changed to 166. My question here is: is there a difference between changing this here and changing it in the BIOS?
