CK Ratio for altering CPU speed?

There's a small set of switch on my mobo used to alter the CK Ratio. What is it?

Also, there's a pair of switches the same size as those for the CK Ratio and apparently they can be used to set the speed. It defaults to 100 but can also be set to 166. I was wondering if I should do that here or through the BIOS. Or am I totally off the mark 😉

 
Ok, but you hardly delved into the issue CTho...

The level of technicality is dependant upon the answer therefore I would reply to you that your answer was not highly technical enough. 🙂
 
The implication of his post was that this thread would be better suited for the general hardware/motherboard/tech support forum. I'm sure you will get a satisfactory answer there.
