Just wondering is the other DLC worth it? Cause i was just thinking of picking up the Gods and Kings cause its only 6.75$ so im wondering if i should wait for steam summer sale on the gold upgrade or just pick the Gods and Kings one..

could really help if answered right away 😀

Not sure if G&K will get any lower. I would grab it.

Really interested in Brave New World.

G&K really makes the game complete. Definitely worth it at that price. Doubt you will see it lower than that, maybe $5 at the lowest.

dang missed the sale i guess i gotta wait for the steam summer sale.. it was on the 666 GMG sale 🙁 sucks but thanks guys ill pick it up right away when it goes on sale😀

If you really really must play Civ V, get G&K. It's not worth spending time on, otherwise.

But really, don't even bother with Civ V. It stinks.

Get into games from paradox interactive. Much better, much more intricate and intelligent.

Haha i have Civ 5 as a gift from my bro in law.. just looking onto the expansion but yeah i keep myself busy with mount and blade warband still

I must say that although Civ 5 sucks compared to Civ 4 the graphics are amazingly better.

I don't think it does anymore. Personally I feel Civ 5 is a worthy Civ game now. It had real problems when it was first released with retarded AI that didn't even use a navy, but the patches have tidied it up a lot. The only issue I really have now is the diplomacy is still hit and miss but from what I've seen Brave New World has moved to address that so I'm looking forward to the expansion. Remember, Civ 4 really hit its peak after its second expansion.

IMO the combat is significantly improved over Civ 4. The only other change I'd like is for artillery units to be able to share a tile with melee units but I can live without that.

I've never been a hardcore Civ fan. I played II and III a little and IV a fair bit. But I enjoyed V so much more then the others. I dunno, the changes to the military gameplay just made the game much more enjoyable for me.

G&K is pretty worth it. It adds some neat Civs, techs, units and Religion. All cool stuff.

Gods and Kings has a lot of good content but I'd also say the "ancient wonders" DLC pack is worth while. It makes doing something other than "rush Great Library" useful in early game.
