Civilization V - DLC Worth It?

Vanilla Enhanced Mod. It certainly makes the game a bit more complicated, but a lot of things are just balanced better and it plugs a lot of holes the simplification left in Civ V.

CivWillard is one that does some UI enhancements that makes managing everything a bit easier. InfoAddict is good too, IN ADDITION to Willard, but might be overkill for a noob.
