Civilization Beyond Earth HUD size

I am really tired of this sort of topics but here I am again. Now today's problem is Civilization: Beyond Earth. I couldn't find a solution to enlarge Enslaved's subtitles and i uninstalled the game. (http://forums.anandtech.com/showthread.php?t=2405870&highlight=) Maybe i could live with Enslaved's problems if i was determined to play this game. But in a RTS, HUD is everything.

HUD size at 1080p is a total disgrace. And if anyone has a solution about this i wanna hear him.

So its just like Civ 5 then. Because Civ 5 at 4K is pretty much unplayable.
