Civil Service Test

Just what it says, it's a test you take for Government employment, to be a Civil Servant. Yes they do have prep books check out your local library or bookstore.
 
I took one for the Post Office about 2 years ago. The test was difficult. There were about 200 people taking the tet at the same time. Many questions/excercises on memory (addresses and zip code memorization.) I did fairly well on the test and the score is valid for 2 years from the test date, so you can be offered a job for that length of time. I don't know how the other tests are, but there are different tests depending upon what you are taking the test for.

You don't always have to take one. Some Government Agencies just make sure you can play Solitare on the computer before they hire you for a permalife never get fired no matter what I do job. 😉

Why else would you take a Civil service test if you didn't wat to be a Civil servant. 🙂
