Other than the time the patients stayed in their seats and watched the blank black screen when Big Nurse said they couldn't watch the World Series, is there any other example of Civil Disobedience in the novel?

Hm, been about a year since I read the book. Didn't they put up a list for people to sign up for the fishing trip, even though the nurse told them not to? Or at least, got the Chief on the list? Just about everything Murphy does in the novel is civil disobedience in some small way.
