If anyone is familiar with CAG set up and can help with this I would appreciate it.

I am trying to streamline the new user set up process by providing new users with a default password that will expire and prompt to change after first time log in. Currently users need to call in to our help desk and set their passwords with the tech on the phone. It takes a good 10-15 minutes of hand holding that could be avoided with a policy to force password change at next log on.

Unfortunately I am new to CAG and do not see that option available. I'm not sure if my profile just does not have access to preform this, or if this is not a feature. I've read the documentation for setting the system up, but there is no mention of this configuration.

Whether or not this is even possible would be a great starting point, links to instructions would also be great. Thanks for your advice.
