Citing job ads in APA?

I am working on a paper in which some of my information is pulled from various job ads on Monster. Unfortunately we are required to use the APA style which is largely missing many citation styles. Would I just do an in-text citation of "A survey of job postings on Monster.com revealed..." or should I do an actual full reference?
