Citibank card holders

Is it me or is their online statement thing a huge POS?!?!

It's slooooooooooooooooooow, and doesn't have the functionality that I have with other online banking things (ie capitalone, washington mutual)

The last week or so it has been slow & unreliable (I've had severe trouble logging in, pages time out, etc.), but up until that I've had nothing but good experiences with it.

It's not the worst, nor is it the best. Yes it is slow and is occasionally down

Since I'll be signing up for a cc which offers 3% cash back rebate (search Hot Deals forum for credit card) I think I'll switch my CitiBank cc from the Dividends 1% to the Drivers Edge 2% card.
