Citi Dividend Platinum Select card holders

I remember reading that the card gives an extra year of warranty on most purchases. I just got a new plasma and I looked online to see where it says this, but could not find it.

I know it was mentioned in the little handout you get when you get your new card, but I don't have that paper anymore.

Does anyone know for a fact about this double warranty (up to 1 year) benefit?

Double Your Warranty ? For example if you have a six-month manufacturer's warranty, we will add another six months. If you have a one-year manufacturer's warranty we will add one additional year.

exteneded warranty is with mastercard or visa, check what card your card is. the visa extended service is better than mastercard.
