Cisco switch newbie

I'm looking for a switch that has 16 - 24 10/100 ports that is managed. I want to learn the Cisco OS and would like to pay under ~$200 for this. It would have to be fairly new, OS 11+.

Maybe look for a non XL model.

Just go to eBay and under Networking | Switches | Cisco | 2900 series and start looking. Any of the 2900 series will work for what you want. There are a number of switches that are currently under $200 with less than a day left in the auction. I may have to go and pick 1 up myself.
