Cisco SRP547W VPN issues

I am trying to setup a site-to-site VPN on a SRP547W.

The only thing under the VPN option is NAT Traversal: Enabled Disabled

The user manual has been downloaded from the cisco site, it says there should more setting under the VPN tab, but nothing is there.

I tried to update the firmware, but I can not find the option to even do that.

I am logged into the device as admin.
