Is there a reason it needs to be a Cisco router? A Cable/DSL router from Linksys, Netgear, D-Link, or several other manufacturers would accomplish the same thing I'm sure, unless you actually need the high-end features of a business-class router, and they cost only 1/10th or less of even a low-end Cisco (except for the cheap Cisco DSL modem/router devices which aren't truly Cisco routers). If you do need higher-end features, you could probably still get by with a Netopia Ethernet-to-Ethernet router (R910), which would cost a bit less.
