Cisco PIX Password Reset

Ok, I've got the terminal thing going, and the pix connected to my router; etc etc as the diagram shows in this link: http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/110/34.shtml

I'm using hypterm and solarwinds tftp server; I send in the nppix.bin file and it received it 110952 bytes and then it just sits there without giving me do I want to erase passwords prompt... what am I doing wrong?

1. Connect to the PIX on the console port.
(on some models {not all}, you will get a password prompt, which you can?t answer.)
2. Reboot the PIX.
3. Within 10 seconds of the reboot, press Esc to enter monitor mode.
4. Use the interface command to set the interface to that of the TFTP
server.
5. Use the address command to specify the IP address of that interface.
5. Use the server command to specify the IP address of the TFTP server.
