Cisco NAC

My company is looking into getting a Cisco NAC and I have a few questions that I'm hoping someone may be able to help me with. We have about 250 employees and maybe 350 computers that would need access to the network. Would something like http://www.cdwg.com/shop/products/default.aspx?EDC=1309522 in a Cisco 3845 be enough for us or would we need something like http://www.cdwg.com/shop/products/default.aspx?EDC=1944117 ? Obviously I'd have an easier time selling the ISR module than the stand alone device but I need to make sure it would work.

Also, how would Cisco's IOS content filter work compared to something like a baracuda stand alone content filter? Is it pretty easy to manage and add/remove sites?

The max. user license for the ISR module is 100, so it won't be enough for you.
You'll need the appliance. It provides better performance anyway.
If throughput is important for you, out-of-band is the way to go, since there's a bottleneck w/ the 1Gbps NIC's of the appliance. (assuming all switches are Cisco)
I'm not 100% sure, but you'll also need a manager (CAM).
Can't remember if you can do Cisco NAC w/ just the CAS.

Wasn't aware Cisco IOS provides content filter...at least we don't use it for sure so can't comment on that.
