Using call manager 5.1 and 7900 series

There is a join feature and it doesn't seem to work.. i'm wondering if there is some pre-requisite that I need for the feature to work, like call barge or privacy, etc... if anyone might know...
 
Never did it in 5.1 but in 4.2.3 you need to do a couple things.

Make sure the barge button is on that phone's profile

Privacy must be disabled either globally or on that phone

Barge only works on shared lines.
