Cisco board problem

Hello guys, I have a Cisco board that has a model of Cisco WS-X45-SUP7-E, every time I turn it on, it gives me this message

"ERROR = FAULTY BOOTFLASH IMAGE WILL NOT BOOT"

I don't know what it means. I also cannot find a socketable EEPROM that would contain the image. Another one is that my board has two memory sticks and I noticed that one was possibly not pushed in all they way. Hope you guys can help me if where is the problem, I don't really know where to look at it.

That message means that the image checksum is incorrect, and the image on the flash is therefore most likely corrupted. Do you see the ROM monitor, go by when the system resets?
