Cisco ACS Server 3.3

Just install a new server and cisco ACS 3.3, but having serious issues.
Follow the instruction on the manual but currently having serious login issues.
failed attempts log shows service denied (service=chellcmd*)
I believe I configure the server to allow all access without filtering.
Any ideas where to check to fix the config ?
Currently we are using the old cisco acs 2.x and all worked just fine, but would like to use the new server when it is properly configure.
Any info is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

The current version of ACS is something like 4.2.
(service=chellcmd*) is probably a typo, but just in case, it should be "shellcmd"

What kind of devices are you attempting to authenticate / authorize?

There are several types of "RADIUS" available (Cisco Aironet, Standard, ...) make sure you have the right kind of RADIUS selected.

Good Luck

Scott - I agree.

3.3 is definately very dated. Also make sure it was installed with admin privelages. There's a slew of steps you have to follow before you install it.

An explanation of the network devices sending AUTH requests and if there are other user/pass databases involved would help.
