Cisco access point upgrade breaks Thinkpad R31 wireless?

Network services upgraded the software and firmware on the Cisco access points about a week ago. Ever since then all the IBM R31 wireless drivers have frequently failed to start on reboots. I took an R31 home to test to make sure that it wasn't a Windows update--works fine away from the Cisco access points, but as soon as I bring it back to work, it acts flaky again. Any ideas what could be causing this behavior and how to fix it? Tried the latest drivers and software from IBM for this card already.

Thats odd. Have your networking people opened a case with Cisco TAC yet?
