CISCO 67x router tweaking.

has anyone tweaked their CISCO 67x router? such as upping the the RATE /up/down speed or retraining the line?

I've screwed with mine so much the US West tech's don't even recognize the settings anymore. Upping the rate didn't do any good in my case; the suckers have it capped at the CO. To re-train the line just unplug the power for 3 seconds and plug it back in.
