Cisco 4908g Experts?

I need some help on a 4908G that crashed on me. I can only get into RMON and that is it. I have been tryint to upload a new image, and it is just not happening. After the upload, I keep getting a "no usable interface" error. This unit is only 6 months old, but the brains that purchased this thing did not buy the extended warranty or support. Also, in transfering, I am only able to do it at 9600 through the console so that upload is taking over an hour! Any help or information will be greatly appreciated.

Time to Call TAC and buy support.

Are you sure you are loading the correct software?

It is extremely rare for a Cisco to reboot itself, or die, and not load properly unless there is a physical failure, or the wrong software (might have been booted via tftp, and never configured properly) So you have a good chance at having bad flash or bad ram, or a bad IOS image.

do you not have any software on the box? Try typing boot or dir flash:

try this....
software recovery

Also call cisco for help, they can guide you through anything.

I have contacted Cisco and tried everything that they said with no luck. I was hoping someone might have some undoccumented ideas. I just started this job not long ago and the genius management that we have here did not purchase any support for this $18,000 equipment. Well I guess I am just going to let them deal with it, because I just found out that I am outta here to bigger and better things. Thanks for the info and ideas.
