Cisco 2501 router setting the eth0 to half duplex or full duplex

Is there a way to change the duplex or line speed on the cisco 2501 router?

No.

External transceivers are half-duplex. AUI ports are half-duplex.

10 Meg is all you get (on the Ethernet port).

yep, 10mbps / half-duplex is all there is on a 2501.
