I ordered a TV online on Black Friday (or Thursday in this case) and haven't heard anything about it since. All it says when I go to 'Track Packages' is "DLV UNSPECIFIED Basic Delivery ". So that doesn't really help. Also I've tried calling a few times today, since my Dad's been asking me a lot when the thing is coming, and no matter what I do they won't let me talk to a CSR, don't put me on hold or anything, the automated voice just says "No representatives are currently available" and then they say to check it out online. I don't know if a CSR could tell me anything different anyways.
Anyhow...When I ordered it, it said it would ship within 1-3 days. It wasn't available for in-store pickup at the time. I'm just wondering if people have had much luck ordering from CC online. Are they usually pretty fast? Just need something to tell my Pappy.
