Circuit City Returns question

Quick question guys, if I buy a product from Circuit City in say Los Angeles, can I then go to San Diego to return it?

On another note, tonight at CC we had a customer try to return a desktop he purchased at bestbuy in california 3 months ago... 🙂

He couldnt understand why 😀
