DealsI'm looking at the ad for tomorrow (Sunday). It's at the B&M but don't know if it's available online.

30 Spindle for $12.99 - $5 rebate - $5 rebate - $2 instant rebate

Hey... I guess it's $0.99 the ad is wrong.

Also have the HP 9350 (10/4/32) for $149.99-$30 = $119.99
EDIT: I wonder if you can use the $50 rebate from CompUSA on the HP 10/4/32 drive they have in their ad for $179.98-$50 = $129.98

Third thing is a free WinModem after $30 of rebates.

So random, are you saying that Circuit City's ad tomorrow has the HP9350i for $149.99-$30.00 Circuit City mail-in rebate,....

and

CompUSA has the burner in tomorrow's ad for $179.98 - $50.00 CompUSA mail-in rebate?

And if CompUSA price-matches, $149.99 (PM) - $50.00 mail-in rebate = $99.99!

So what brand is the 30 spindle?

Wasn't it Smokey Yunik (sp?) who said something like "How fast do you want to spend"?

<< compusa doesn't do like a 155% pricematch? >>

Not only will do not do a 155% pricematch, they'll more than likely try to weasel out of an even pricematch.:|

See the other post about the IBM UPS deals. After rebates, the 500VA can be had for $49 (possibly $39 instore) and the 700VA for $89. Good deals.

They have lifetime warrenty up to $50,000 for what you plug in AND YOU DO NOT HAVE TO SEND IN REGISTRATION FORM like the stupid Belkin sure protectors require.

circuit city's says 149.99-30 circuit city rebate
compusa's says 179.98 - 50 rebate, no mention of company.

I was just wondering if you can use the compusa rebate of $50 and apply it to a circuit city purchase, to make it $99.99.

The ad doesn't mention the brand of cds.

No, CompUSA does not pricematch at all.

mrVW... what's this about a UPS?

Circuit City, online, has a 500VA UPS for $120 - $30 - $30 +tax therefore about $60. Someone also posted about a $10 in store rebate.

great deals on the HP 9350. CompUSA do pricematch if the product is in stock. So final cost is only $99 after pricematch and rebate.

The 30 spindle CDR deal was even better at my local CC. They lowered the price to $9.99 with 3 separate rebates of $5.00 each (1 from the mfgr., 2 from CC) for a total of $15.00 in rebates.

BTW, the brand is MR Data 80min/700MB/12x:

ATIP: 97m 26s 66f
Disc Manufacturer: CMC Magnetics Corp.
Assumed Dye type: Phthalocyanine (Type 6)
Media type: CD-Recordable
Recording Speeds: min. unknown - max. unknown
nominal Capacity: 702.83MB (79m 59s 74f / LBA: 359849)
