I think this may be valid only for the people that received the offer via email.

note it says:
The e-mail address used to place order must match the e-mail address that this offer has been sent to.

thus this seems to be account specific.
 
Dead -- "Offer valid on purchases made between August 10, 2003 through August 12, 2003 only."

And you did have to receive the e-mail -- "The e-mail address used to place order must match the e-mail address that this offer has been sent to."
 
Got one via snail mail. Will send it away to another fellow in another forum. That one will expire on August 30th. GC 10% of over $200 purchase.

Purchase more than 3K stuff at CC last month.

I don't think I'll spend a lot this months in CC. That's why I give away.
