Circuit City $0.01 Ps1 Games

Local circuit city has some games that are ringing up for a penny.

heres some that i got

GTA2
Dukes of hazzard 2
Tom Raider Last Revelation
Spec Ops Stealth patrol
MLB 2004
DAve Mirra Freestyle BMX
Street sk8er2
Disneys Treasure planet.

I dont know why i bought these, im never gona play them but hey for a penny each why not

Oh and NOT ALL games ring up to a penny, just some.

I'm heading there tomorrow to check it out. What the heck. the PS1 games are compatible with the PS2 right?

I bet you could flip em on ebay for more than a penny! Heck just charge like a dollar more for shipping than actual cost, and start the bidding at 1 cent with no reserve!

I work at CC, and I JUST came across this. I bought 17 games (about 6 or 7 titles, most with a couple copies). I called EB and asked if they still accepted PS1 trade ins prior to buying 'em ;D

And that's what I did... then again, I WAS a cashier, so it wasn't a problem ;D

WEST MIFFLIN Circuit City by CENTURY III MALL has been cleaned out by me and another customer! YMMV to ANOTHER CC ;D

Here, I'll list the titles I found (I went through them all, these are all the titles my CC had that rang up like this):

TENCHU: Stealth Assassins (Greatest Hits)
Colony Wars III: Red Sun
SENTINEL: Returns
Warriors of Might and Magic
Blaster Master: Blasting Again
Tomb Raider II (Greatest Hits)

Also, I bought Plasma Sword: Nightmare of Bilstein and NFL2k1 for the Dreamcast for .01 a piece.

Even if EB doesn't accept them, .01 frisbees!

i was just looking for a deal like this, but too bad there aren't any CC stores up here in canada.!
i bought one of those portable PSones with the built-in lcd screen brand new for 30 bucks(CAD$ hehe)

How did you manage to find that for that price? I can't find them that cheaply here (Austin, TX). If anything, they're usually $150 still.

yup, we had about 3 left where i work, and it was right before the end of the fiscal year, and this store gets rated on their performance of how little clearance products they have in stock. and the older the product, the worse it looks...
