Cingular contract expires in next month...

As stated in the topic, my cingular contract is expiring next month. I'm 99% sure i'll be signing another contract with them, as 90% of my friends, and my entire family uses cingular / AT&T (mobile to mobile reasons)

My current cell phone (a Motorola V551) is dying on me (randomly turns off in the middle of calls, microphone keeps cutting in and out, etc) so i'll be pushing for a new phone with the contract.

Looking through cingular's site, nothing really caught my attention. I'm kinda leaning towards the samsung D807 right now. I hate the RAZR and would rather stay away from flip phones in general.

The only requirements I have besides the basics (ie. good reception) is:
1) bluetooth
2) a decent camera (some type of build in cover for the lens would be nice as well, my phone is usually in my pocket, and the camera lens always ends up covered with lint)
3) a small footprint (something smaller than the razr)

any suggestions?

Im with Cingular now, and if I could have a new phone that they offer, it would be the Blackberry Pearl.

But I hate Cingular, and I would never resign a contract with them. In a few months, when my contract is over, Im going back to TMobile. They treat customers with respect and their customer service actually works. Im gonna go with the TMobile Sidekick III.

Sony Ericsson W810i. It has Bluetooth, a 2 MP camera and is pretty small.

Waiting for side kick iii also.. 🙂 my verizon ends in august.. 🙂
