Cingular and ATT merger

Well I went to www.attwireless.com and I see Cingular pasted all over it. Seems the merger or whatever finally went through. On the page there is a link that says the stuff that ATT users will now get like Rollover minutes and all, you can see this at http://www.newcingular.com/. I called ATT and they really didn't have any info, but does anyone know if Cingular customers will now be free with mobile to mobile and when or if us ATT customers will start to get rollover minutes? Anyone have any inside info?

Any other thoughts or comments?

Plans are already underway to make Rollover Minutes available to you. Please check back on November 10, 2004 for an update. Our goal is to have this feature available to you by this holiday season. To get a plan with Rollover, you will need to change to a Cingular Nation® Plan $39.99 or higher. You will also need to get a new Cingular GSM phone.

screw that, i'm not signing up for a new plan AND buying a new phone so that rollover minutes are "available" to me. how is that any different than just signing up again fresh? if they can just leave my plan alone and let my contract expire, i will be happy.

oh well that sucks... doesn't really matter for me anyhow though i wouldn't have needed the rollover...

but they better make cingular people free on my mobile to mobile, it's only fair (again, not that it actually matters)
