Has anybody tried this yet?Is it strictly for encoding or does it rip and encode?I've been to thier website and I couldn't tell as this is still all over my head yet😕
 
What do you mean by rip? CCE Basic is an encoder that works very well. It does the same thing as TMPGEnc only lots faster. You can only do 2 pass VBR with it though, which is fine for DVD but you might need more for VCDs. You can do some research here. Look under the conversion area.
