Question Cinebench: 3552, 477 (Single Core)

Hi 🙂

It's within the +-3% of stock reviews.

I'm off by a good amount in the multicore performance, any reason why? my score of 3552 is over 100 points off from what Guru3d did and they used even slower ram. But I believe they were using an X570 mb

nvm I re-read the OP.

That 3200 cl16 is a little loose and a little slower than what they may have used. 3600 cl16 is common.

Yea, they were using DDR4 3600 CL14. I'm using DDR4 3200 CL16. Is that enough to account for the score difference tho?

Yes, they used cl14, compared to your cl16. That alone can make that much difference. 2.7% is very small. I don't know if you do the math this way (correct me if I am wrong) thats 12.5% difference in CAS rating.. Oh, and theirs is 14-14-14-34 and who knows what other tweaks. Yours could be 16-18-18-40 or something.

Memory has negligible effect on Cinebench scores.

It's likely down to differences in cooling or motherboard parameters.
