CII's and cooling woes

i've got a c2 533 running at 800/1.65 and it seems to be getting hot as of late. I have a gorb on it, and the heatsink grease is making a good connection, but it's still running at 38-42C . Is this normal? It seemed to me that it used to run a couple of degrees cooler..
