CII 566 and Asus P2B-F . a good solution???

I want to buy a P2B-F to overclock my c2-566 .
what is your opinion on this solution.
I have a MSI 6905 slot1-fcpga adapter
would i get sucess in overclocking???
please help.

It'll be alright, but I can think of better choices. An Asus CUSL2 and Abit BF6 would give you more fsb choices which is always a plus.

The ASUS CUSL2 Socket 370 is a great board (and quite expensive) and would be my choice, but the MSI BX Master Slot 1 would be nice too if you're a BX fan. With the CUSL2 you might be in a better position to eventually replace your Cele with a fast Coppermine FC-PGA.
